Just ok. Pedicure looked great, and that area was very clean. Manicure is what I'm not at ALL pleased with. She was very rough on my nails. I said "Ouch" more than once and told her she was hurting me

Horrible experience. Went to get nails done for birthday, only to be told AFTER my gel manicure was done that the chrome color I wanted wasnt actually available. Worse, 2 of my nail cuticles were cut

within 10 minutes of my gel pedicure 8 of my toes had bubbles in them or ripped off. I immediately went back and had to argue about a full refund. completely dissatisfied with their customer service.
